Returns

J-Lumière does not accept any returns for sanitary reasons. Refunds in the form of store credit / replacements are only sent if you received the wrong item, or if items arrive damaged. In this case, please send an email with a picture of your packing slip or picture of the damaged item to jlumierehelpnow@gmail.com

Shipping Policy

Processing on all orders is 2-5 business days. shipping takes 2-3 business days. processing is how long it will take us to prepare your order for shipping. shipping is how long it will take usps to ship your order from us to your door. for any questions regarding shipments AFTER your order has been shipped, please contact usps and have your tracking info ready. J-Lumière is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are a way to secure product before the official release. The official ship date will be listed in the product description. Any order containing a pre-order item will ship on the pre-order ship date. Ex: If you order one pre-order item in the same order as other products, the full order will ship on the pre-order date.
