J-Lumière does not accept any returns for sanitary reasons. monetary refunds are only sent if you received the wrong item, all other refunds are issued in the form of store credit.

Processing on all orders is 2-5 business days. shipping takes 2-3 business days. processing is how long it will take us to prepare your order for shipping. shipping is how long it will take usps to ship your order from us to your door. for any questions regarding shipments AFTER your order has been shipped, please contact usps and have your tracking info ready. J-Lumière is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
